At Sharks Shirts, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Custom Order Approval
Before your order is printed, you will receive a digital mockup of your design for review. It is your responsibility to carefully check the following:
Once you approve the mockup, production will begin.
No Refunds or Returns
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:
Customer-approved design errors
Misspellings or incorrect information submitted by the customer
Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Dissatisfaction with artwork or image quality provided by the customer
Image Quality
The final print quality depends on the quality of the images, logos, and artwork you provide.
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or poor-quality images will print as they are received. Sharks Shirts is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during shipping,
Defective due to a manufacturing error, or
Different from what was approved,
please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the error is determined to be ours, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before a mockup has been approved and production has begun. Once the mockup is approved, the order cannot be canceled.
